Department of Electrical Engineering at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State Technical Campus was established in the year 2010. Since then department offers regular academic course of Diploma in Electrical Enggineeing with an annual intake of 60. Department has highly dedicated, motivated, well qualified and experienced faculty.

Department of Electrical Engineering is being headed by Mr.Rahul Sharma since December 2010.He has done B.Tech from SBSSTC,Ferozepur and M.tech from GTBKIET, Malout . .He is having approximate teaching experience of 6.5 years.He has got 3 research papers in his credit pubished in International conferences/Journals.The Department of Electrical Engineering is excellently suited to meet the ever changing requirements of industry with courses that combine the study of management, business skills and computers with Electrical Engineering.
